We did! After a bit over ten years in business, we were ready to move on from the name I first came up with—pretty sure I was in a diner?—back when I valued quirkiness and symbolism over pretty much everything else.
Also, our old name—bless its heart—broke some of the essential rules of branding. Rule #1: Never use a domain name that’s hard to spell. (Sigh.)
So we re-evaluated. And went on an epic journey (some of you have done this, so you know all about it) to find a name that had the right meaning, the right vibe, and—here’s the dual kicker—no trademark conflicts and an available domain name.
Glory: /ˈɡlôrē/
verb – take great pride or pleasure in
noun – magnificence or great beauty
Brand: /brand/
noun – all the features that distinguish the goods and services of one seller from another
It’s the essence of what we do: Help you to identify the most important elements of your firm and then create a living embodiment of that—a website that is a proud, beautiful representation of your brand voice, messaging, and visuals.
A day that will go down in history. (Literally only our company history—but that’s something.)
